Create your workspace

Sign up at app.minimo.it and create (or pick) a workspace. Everything in Minimo is scoped to a workspace (your company).

Bring in your contacts

Connect your data so Minimo can message the right people:

Supabase / Postgres

Native, read-only connection. Minimo reads your database directly — no import.

API sync

Push contacts from your backend with a single upsert call.
Just testing? Add one contact by hand from Contacts → New, or upsert one via the API.

Set up a channel

  • Email — add and verify a sending domain, then whitelist a sender address (Settings → Domain and tracking).
  • WhatsApp — connect a number once (Settings → Connections); no Meta Business Manager setup required. See Send on WhatsApp.

Send your first message

Create a template and send it:

Send an email

Create a transactional template and send it to a contact.

Send on WhatsApp

Submit a template for Meta approval, then send it.

Connect Minimo to Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT and ask it in plain language — it can create fields, segments, templates and automations for you.
