Minimo is a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) — we hold the 360dialog partner plan, handle Meta onboarding and the BSP contract, and pass Meta’s conversation fees through at cost. That means you are not limited to a single WhatsApp number: you can run many numbers under one Minimo account, each with its own display name and templates. This is the model that lets a platform or agency give every client, brand or location its own custom WhatsApp number — something few providers make easy.

How it works

We provision the numbers

Minimo runs on a 360dialog partner plan that covers unlimited numbers. Adding another number does not add a per-number platform fee — you only pay Meta’s usual conversation fees, billed to you at cost.

Connect each number

Each WhatsApp number is connected as a sender on a company, from Settings → Connections (or the Channels section). A single company can hold more than one number, across one or more WhatsApp Business Accounts (multi-sender / multi-WABA).

Pick the sender on every send

When you send, you choose which number the message goes out from with the sender field. Omit it and Minimo uses the company’s preferred (default) number. See List WhatsApp senders and Send a WhatsApp template.

Discover the numbers you can send from

The set of numbers a company may send from — with their display name and Meta phone_number_id — is available from the API. This is the value you pass as sender:
Each item exposes the phoneNumber, the WhatsApp Business display name (phoneName), the Meta phoneNumberId, and whether it is the company default (isPreferred). The response is redacted — it never returns API keys, client IDs or webhook URLs. Full reference: List WhatsApp senders.

Send from a specific number

Pair a per-client number with a per-client AI assistant: each number can have its own assistant, knowledge base and actions, so every brand gets a fully separate WhatsApp presence.
Passing a sender that isn’t one of the company’s connected numbers returns WHATSAPP_SENDER_NOT_FOUND. Always source the value from List WhatsApp senders.

Adding numbers at scale

Provisioning many numbers (per-customer onboarding, agency portfolios, white-label resale) is set up with us directly — reach out at info@minimo.it and we’ll wire up the numbers and WABAs for your account. Once connected, they appear in List WhatsApp senders and are usable immediately via the sender field.
